What is OnsetLab?
OnsetLab is a framework for building tool-calling AI agents that run locally on your own hardware. It lets you configure models and tools, connect to MCP servers (GitHub, Slack, Notion, filesystem, web search) with a single line of config, and execute multi-step plans using the REWOO Planner, with self-correcting retries when parameters or plans fail. It supports any Ollama model (Qwen, Mistral, Hermes, Gemma) and exports deployments as Docker, YAML, or scripts, enabling no-cloud, API-key-free workflows.
